UK Shipping

All postage within the UK is free :)

Shipping to Europe, USA and the rest of the world

We regularly ship packages to all corners of the world. It's not a problem, and we've never failed to get an item delivered.

Customs ....

Please be aware of your local customs charges. Everywhere is different.

If in doubt, check if your country / territory charges;

import duty on goods over a certain value.
a fee for customs handling (like Switzerland!).

All items are shipped from the UK

You are responsible for any customs charges incurred.

We will try to help and advise where we can, we've certainly got a few years experience with international postage, but we're not experts on every country's customs duties ;)

If you do incur an unwanted customs charge, and don't want to pay it. As long as the product is returned to 12VCopper undamaged, we'll happily refund you,

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

30days from the date of purchase for returns. If you don't like it or change your mind, that's fine. As long as the product is returned to 12VCopper intact (including the wire not being chopped short), we'll happily refund you.

Exchanges

If there's a problem with a product and you think it needs exchanging then contact us and we'll help you out. We don't place a hard time limit on exchanges as our product are often installed weeks or months after the date of purchase.
